The Job:
Area Sales Executives
(Based in Penang or Johor Bahru)
Responsibilities: |
 |
Accountable for sales in geographical areas of responsibilities by ensuring that the specified BPB systems are converted into business results |
|
Promote the conversion of traditional building methods into a BPB system |
|
Build and develop strong relationships with main contractors and installers, developers, architects, interior designers and quantity surveyors |
|
Ensure that the target customers have all the relevant information required as well as view BPB as their preferred choice |
Requirements:
|
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Commerce or related fields from a recognized higher learning institution |
|
4 years' working experience in project and/or specification sales, preferably in the building materials or related industry |
|
Able to deliver individual performance targets, work independently and willing to travel |
|
Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and Internet Explorer |

| The Job: |
|
Operate factory's equipment and machinery effectively and safely |
|
Achieve targeted plan performance by observing standard operating procedures and safety excellence |
|
Assist in improving process efficiency through effective involvement in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) programmes |
|
Assist in troubleshooting recurring problems that may occur during course of job and propose improvements measures |
|
Carry out cleaning, inspection & lubrication and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment during course of the job. Training and support will be provided for each of these tasks |
Requirements: |

Minimum certificate / diploma in Engineering or technical fields |
| |
At least 3 years' relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment |
| |
Principle and/or practical knowledge of equipment and machinery |
| |
Able to working on shifts |
