Management Accounting Executive


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure entries and balances within the Movex and other computer system correct and promptly reconciled and fully supported if any discrepancy.
  • Maintain standard costing approach to evaluate costing and inventory.
  • Coordinate on the inventory stock take to ensure correctness of the physical stocks, do provisions for slow moving or obsolete stock if necessary.
  • Ensure routine data is promptly circulated to users and facilitate use of data by highlighted issues/concern and working with users to understand and evolve appropriate action plans.
  • Liaise with colleague to promote the best practices and sharing issue.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate cost data, calculate and investigate variances against budgeted performance.
  • Manage and analyze data to meet all internal or external reporting requirements on timely and accurate basis.
  • Any ad hoc activities

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a CIMA holder or other related Finance and Accounting courses.
  • Experience of at least 3 years and above of doing Costing management. Preferred in manufacturing industry and MNC companies.
  • Good finance analysis skill.
  • Good command in English and Malay both written and speaking.
  • Familiar with MS Office.

Accounts Executive – GL & Treasury


Responsibilities:
  • To assist FAM in managing and analyzing data to meet all group and external statutory reporting requirements on timely and accurate basis.
  • To ensure routine data is promptly and accurately processed, highlighting issues/concerns and working practices with users to ensure efficient processes maintained.
  • To assist working capital management and maintaining relevant detailed & accurate data.
  • To prepare ad hoc management report for supporting decision making.
  • To assist statutory tax computation analysis and audit requirement.
  • To assist the FAM in implementing and maintaining good internal controls.
  • To assist in preparation of required information for Statutory Accounts, audit and tax computation.
  • To manage inter-company transactions:
      a) Maintain transaction in Movex.
      b) Reconcile inter-companies details with respective companies.
  • To ensure accounting posting is correct to the account coding and make sure the GL is updated on daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting and with hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in multinational company (or large domestic group) using ERP Systems.
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or equivalent.
  • Process good command in both verbal and written English.
  • Excellent inter personal and communications skills.

Customer Service Executive


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for order processing & fulfillments, including planning for add work material, purchase requisition, tolling report and material requisition.
  • Ensure the price in the system is accurate based on customer PO and customer update form submitted by Sales team.
  • Ensure all export shipping documentation sent to customers on timely basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining good relationship with all customers and ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are consistently met.
  • Prepare Order Lost Report and purchase requisition for merchandize items.
  • Compliance of sales order process (export and domestic) that has been documented in the ISO 9001 procedures.
  • Coordinating with relevant parties on the booking of freight shipping lines and freight forwarders in line with customer’s requirements.
  • Handle customer update including for domestic project and export.
  • Booking of 3rd party inspections, obtaining legalization of export documents and Certificate of Origin.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are handled according to the Customer Complaint Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in related fields from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • 3 years working experience in export documentation and logistics.
  • Organized and adaptable with initiative, high attention to detail, good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Efficient, friendly and helpful with high work standards and good communications skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications

Process Control Engineer


Responsibilities:
  • To establish and maintain an efficient quality control system for in-process and outgoing.
  • Ensure safe working conditions in plant and laboratory.
  • Monitor daily process performances and identify areas for improvement and control any changes to process.
  • Analyzing in-process and product quality test data as well as provide data support for improving process and quality control for board plant.
  • Actively participate and contribute in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillar activities related to the Department.
  • Test work in progress and finished products in order to ensure that these conform to standards and give to prompt feedback on results.
  • Attend customer complaint whenever necessary.
  • Monitor and manage all calibration activities (off-line and online equipment)
  • In-charge of various audits including ISO 9001 and SIRIM.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry from recognized higher learning institution.
  • Minimum 1 year working experiences in laboratory testing and quality control work in a manufacturing company.
  • Good understanding of laboratory management, manufacturing process and SPC.
  • Possess drive to achieve result through logical and systematic approach.

Specification Sales Executive


Responsibilities:
  • Identify key developer, structural architect and interior designer in belonged area, input into company database.
  • Conduct targeted visit to complete coverage target, promote Gyproc name and systems.
  • Conduct in-depth communication with clients to know ongoing project, present Gyproc value and convince them to specify plasterboard system and Gyproc brand.
  • Work with customers in a partnering, consultative approach to determine needs and appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve specification target in terms of area m2 & product mix.
  • Establish & manage Project Tracking tool to enhance specification activities & success.
  • Develop significant relationship with key customer contact.
  • Form a Gyproc Champion client circle by organized VIP activity to build Gyproc system preference.
  • Conduct failure analysis regularly to SM & PM, gain the feedback from customer.
  • Co-work with technical team to organize customer training.
  • Build expertise fame among belonged customer group by giving value and service.
  • Recognised as an industry expert, communicating market dynamics and customer needs to industry/product managers to assist in product planning and program strategies.
  • Translates complicated (e.g. technical, financial) ideas and information into meaningful concepts that are easily understood.
  • Any related S&M tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural/design/engineering or marketing/business.
  • 2 years related working experience. Sales experience is plus.
  • Good communication skills, self-organized and good contact with architect will be an added advantage.

Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Support sales and marketing functions in Gyproc product and systems specifications.
  • Provide technical advice to customer groups, e.g. developers, consultant and contractors.
  • Conduct technical presentation and trainings.
  • Provide site support in meetings, inspections to improve installation works on site.
  • Liaise with local authorities on submission and approvals.

  • Requirements:
    • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (civil), or building construction or architecture or equivalent.
    • Proficient in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum one (1) year working experience in building construction industry. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
    • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiar with AutoCad.
