DriLyner® system provides simple and effective techniques for fixing GypBoard™ to bricks, blocks, concrete or sand/cement walls. The system uses ProStick™ Dri-Wall Adhesive dabs to bond GypBoard™ directly to the walls. Nice appearance and crack-free surface means DriLyner® can be used in new-build and refurbishment applications.

DriLyner® wall system requires neither reference lining nor side support as conventional sand/cement coating system. Applying Prostick™ Dri-Wall adhesive dabs to required areas and position GypBoard™ against the dabs, with quick set property of adhesive, DriLyner® system enables rapid installation up to 40sq.m/day, which is 4 times faster than sand/cement system. The job site is kept dry and clean. It is ideal for refurbishment or where time is of the essence

High Durability with Standard Quality
ProStick™ Dri-Wall Adhesive is a key material of DriLyner® system. It is a specially formulated gypsum based adhesive. Its high quality raw materials with standard production technology, ProStick™ Dri-Wall Adhesive gives excellent bonding property between GypBoard™ and any kinds of background, especially bricks, blocks, concrete or sand/cement coated walls.

BaseLine™
A standard gypsum board with ivory face paper universally used for wall partitions, wall linings and ceiling systems. Suitable for most applications where normal fire, structural and acoustic performance are specified. It is a non-combustible product and has superior thermal insulation. Suitable to use as interior walls for all types of buildings.

AquaLine®
A gypsum board with water repellent additives in the core, encased in a special green paper liner. The gypsum compound and papers are mixed with special substances to specially increase moisture resistance. Highly suitable as a base for ceramic tiling and marble in intermittent moisture areas, and also for external soffits in sheltered positions.

FireLine ™
Gypsum compound mixed with fiberglass and micro silica in the core, bounded in pink faced paper. It is universally used in Gyproc wall partitioning systems, wall linings and ceiling systems to increased fire protection.

DuraLine ™ Plus
A gypsum board with higher density core with glass fibre and other additives. Designed for use in the Gyproc GypWall™ ROBUST system to give a greater impact resistance internal system.
