GypLyner™ wall lining is a cost-effective, virtually independent metal frame dry lining. The system consists of lightweight galvanized GypFrame™ ML metal frame, GypBoard™ screw fixed and joints finished with ProFin™. The independent framework enables GypLyner™ to be used over all types of background. By maintaining up to 70mm clear cavity to the background, it readily facilitates the incorporation of services and provides external heat and sound insulation properties.

Simple Installation for New-Build or Refurbishing Lining Wall

High quality materials and accessories together with uncomplicated installation, GypLyner™ provides an efficient solution to improve the look of walls. Using fixing brackets to connect galvanized GypFrame™ metal frame to old background prior to fixing GypBoard™ on metal framework. Cavity gives enough space to leave the old background as it is.

Masonry or sand/cement lining walls allow heat transmission from day long sunlight or hot climates into the building easily. Installing GypLyner™ creates a cavity, producing heat insulation properties. It saves electricity consumption especially in an office room or a building equipped with air conditioning systems.

The independent framework enables GypLyner™ to be used over all types of background. By maintaining up to 70 mm clear cavity to the background, it readily facilitates the incorporation of services. Without any damage, new surface is ready for decoration.

Moisture Resistant Board (MR)
It has an extra property of moisture resistance,because the gypsum board is made from extra tough paper mixed with wax,and the compound of gypsum board has silicone which reduces moisture absorption of the board.The gypsum board will absorb water not more than 5%. Standard of ASTM C 630. External ceilings. Toilet wall covered with ceramic tiles

Foil Backed Board
It is a gypsum board that is backed with aluminum foil. It can reflect heat radiation of 95%.Standard of ASTM C 36. Roof or wall ceilings.

Fire Stop Board (FS)
Gypsum compound is mixed with fiberglass that gives property of fire protection. Paper that wraps gypsum board is designed for fire insulation up to 1-3 hours. Standard of ASTM C 36. To be installed in fire exit area,storeroom or a theater. To cover steel structure to prevent deformation of structure in case of fire.
