4. Gyproc System Performance

a. Fire Performance - As part of building element, Gyproc systems provide fire resistance and requirement to Bomba specification as well as in accordance to BS and EN Standards. The regime proves our fire separating function and load bearing function are of local and international standards.

b. Acoustic Performance - Gyproc system are designed to minimize sound transmission with insulation and sound absorption criteria. Acoustic performance are incorporated in the partitions and walls, ceiling floors as well as insulation of existing wall and floor by providing special wall lining systems.

c. Thermal Performance - Adequate heat insulation is important in the thermal performance of walls, roof and floors. With prevention of heat loss or gain by Gyproc system, significant energy is conserved while providing comfortable work and living space.

a. Gypsum Products - Gyproc gypsum product include undercoat plasters, stopping plasters and ProPlaster One Coat™ as a replacement of sand and cement.

b. Metal Accessories - Gyproc system specifies special metal frame and fixtures with incorporation of rigidisation of metal frames (UltraSteel® ) which gives better strength and gripping features.

c. Insulation Materials - Saint Gobain group produces insulations in order to achieve high acoustic standards as well as to enhance other performances  such as fire resistance and heat insulation.

6. Work Safety & Procedures - Safety is the utmost important practice of Gyproc. We accept the responsibilities as a system supplier by providing training and technical advice on handling and storage of materials as well as construction procedures to various customer groups.
