BPB Gypsum Wall Systems have been designed and continuously developed to obtain a wide range of Gypsum Wall systems for building interior applications such as area partitioning and wall lining. Gypsum Wall systems provide excellent sound and heat insulation properties, are quick and easy to install, high quality, smooth and durable.

Gypsum Wall systems are modern and extensively chosen for use as internal walls in all kinds of large commercial building and properties. It can be used in all types of buildings and the range cover all applications providing simple space division, through to high performance walls designed to meet the most demanding fire resistance, sound insulation, strength, robustness and height requirements. BPB has three types of wall systems:

•  GypWall™ System
•  GypLyner™ System
•  DriLyner™ System

Suspending Other Materials on Gypsum Wall Systems

Modern, non-load bearing and quickly assembled on site, Gypsum Wall and Partition Systems, including GypWall™, GypLyner™ and DriLyner™ systems are able to suspend interior decorative items such as photo frames, wall clocks, or lightings. The suspension is made easily with help from expansion bolts*. Load bearing transfers directly to Gyboard™. It's safe.

Heavy materials such as bookshelf, cabinet or washbasins, can be installed safely by additional supports from metal sections. The load bearing at a particular area then transfers directly to the floor.

A wide range of expansion bolts for Gyboard™ are available in market. The type of expansion bolt is classified according to the weight of materials to be suspended. In general, a range of expansion bolts are available to bear between 5-30 kg. Each design of expansion bolt fits specific load bearing; therefore, selecting the right type of expansion bolt, the kind and weight of materials to be suspended must be carefully considered
